Adding a past profile allows you to trigger a flow for customers who have already performed a specific event before the flow was created.
Steps to Add Past Profiles:
Open the Desired Flow: Navigate to the flow where you want to add a past profile.
Access Past Profile Option: Click on the three dots button and select "Add Past Profile."
Methods to Add Past Profiles:
1. With Delay Block:
There are two ways to add past profiles using a delay block:
At the Start: This option uses the time from the first delay block in the flow.
Throughout the Flow: This option uses the maximum time from all the delay blocks added to the flow.
When you select either type, the time from which customers will get added will be displayed below the options.
Past profile can be added for a duration of 30 days only.
2. Without Delay Block:
If no delay block is added, you will be prompted to input the number of days for which profiles should get added. The flow added date will be displayed above the input box for reference.
Points to be Noted:
Profile Count: The profile count is cumulative for all channels with the same event.
Adjusting Delay: If you have already added a profile with a specific delay (e.g., x days), you need to increase the delay at the start of the flow to add the past profile again.
Event-Specific Profiles: If a profile is added for 1 day for a particular event, changing the event means the profile can only be added for a delay greater than 1 day. Create a new flow to trigger for 1 day.
Save the Flow: Ensure the flow is saved before triggering, as it will only trigger for the saved state.
Past profiles are only enabled for event-based triggers and are disabled for test mode and inactive flows.

1. What happens if I add profiles for 10 days and then add profiles for 14 days?
If you add profiles for 10 days and later add profiles for 14 days, the system will add profiles from the period between 14 days and 10 days ago.
Profiles from the past 10 days will not be added again.
2. Can I add past profiles again for the same delay period?
No, to add past profiles again with the same delay, you need to increase the delay at the start of the flow.
3. Can I change the event and add past profiles for a different delay period?
Yes, if you change the event, you can add past profiles for a delay greater than 1 day. For adding profiles with a delay of 1 day, you need to create a new flow.
