4. Partial Uploads
Encounter invalid rows? No problem! Valid rows will upload successfully, and problematic rows will be skipped.
5. Comprehensive Summary
Get a detailed breakdown of your upload:
Rows successfully processed
Rows skipped
Rows marked as duplicates
You can also view this summary in the Segment Details screen.
6. Asynchronous Uploads for Large Files
For files over 2MB, the upload happens in the background, so you don’t have to wait. An email notification will be sent once the upload is complete.

Can we change the excel if there are any warnings?
Yes, you can upload a updated excel after changing all the rows in the warning modal.
Will I get any email after uploading the excel ?
Yes an email with the summary is sent to you when the upload is successful.
When upload anyway is clicked will the customers get created with the same details?
No, invalid rows and values are skipped and customers with atleast one of the contacts are created.
