The “Only Recommended” toggle displays variables relevant to the selected context. Turning it off shows all available variables.

2) What happens if a variable doesn’t have a corresponding value?

If the added variable does not have a value, the corresponding block or action will not be triggered for that specific customer or in some cases will be sent as "None".

3) What should I do if I can’t find a variable I need?
Ensure you have turned off the “Only Recommended” toggle to view all variables. If it’s still unavailable, it may not exist in the current setup.
