How to resolve "Error validating access token" issue in Helpdesk

Kindly attempt to disconnect and then reconnect the Facebook and Instagram connections.

Please follow the steps below:

Note - Click on the REFRESH option before opting to remove the connections. Only proceed to remove the connections if the refresh does not resolve the issue.

1. Click on "Settings."
2. Navigate to "Channel Management."
3. Select "Facebook Page" from the options.
4. Locate the "Remove" option and click on it to remove the page.
5. Repeat the same process for Instagram.
6. Reconnect by following the steps after removal.
