URL Generator:

URL Generation:
To create a URL for your social media channels, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Popups" section in the BIK dashboard.
Click on “Create new popup” in popup tab
Select "URL Generator" in the Growth Tools.
Choose a channel for which you want to create a URL and click on "Create".
Provide the necessary details for the WhatsApp number, choose the existing connected Instagram account or Facebook account, and enter the campaign name.
For WhatsApp, you can add a predefined initial message for the buyer and an enquiry ID for your reference.
Select a predefined journey flow that you want to trigger after the buyer message for the respective channel.
Preview the predefined buyer message in the preview section for WhatsApp.
Click on the "Generate Link" button to successfully create the link for your social media channels.
The link will appear at the top of the page. You can copy the link and use it wherever you want.
QR Code Generator:
A QR code generator is a tool that creates QR codes, which are two-dimensional barcodes scannable by smartphones and other devices. These QR codes can be used to link directly to your social media profiles on platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Customers can scan these codes to initiate a chat with you for queries or support.
QR Code Generation:
To create a QR code for your social media, follow these steps:
Navigate to “Popups” in the BIK dashboard.
Click on “Create new popup” in popup tab
Select “QR code generator” in growth tools.
Select the channel for which you want to generate the QR code and click on "Create".
Provide the necessary details for the WhatsApp number, choose the existing connected Instagram account or Facebook account, and enter the campaign name.
For WhatsApp, you can add a predefined buyer initial message and an enquiry ID for your reference.
Select a predefined journey flow that you want to trigger after the buyer message for the respective channel.
Customise the QR code by selecting a template and adding a message on the template, and customise the QR code colour, frame colour and text colour.
Click on the “Save campaign” button to download the generate the QR code for your social media channels.
You can download the generated QR code in either .png or .jpeg format by clicking on the "Download as PNG" or "Download as JPEG" buttons, respectively, based on your requirements.

There is no limit to the number of QR codes and URLs you can generate. Feel free to create as many as you need.
2. Can I edit or update a generated URL or QR code after it has been created?
You can edit the generated QR code and URL in the popup overview page by clicking on the three dots menu.
3. How long is a generated URL or QR code valid for?
The generated QR codes and URLs for social media platform redirection do not have an expiry date as they are intended for redirection purposes only.
