Managing Your Journey: Available Options

To manage your journey from Journey home page, follow these steps to access various options:

  1. Navigate to the Journeys Home Page:

    • Go to the Journeys home page.

  2. Access Options:

    • Click on the three dots (options menu) next to the journey you want to manage.

  3. Select the Desired Action:

    • Rename: Change the name of the journey.

    • Duplicate: Create a copy of the journey.

    • Test Mode Toggle: Enable or disable test mode for the journey.

    • Add Past Profiles: add past profiles for the journey

Add past profiles button will only be enabled if the Journey is event trigger based and it is in active state.

  • Move to a Different Category: Reorganise the journey into a different category.

  • Delete: Permanently remove the journey.

  • Toggle Do Not Disturb: Enable or disable Do Not Disturb mode for the journey.

1. Can I duplicate a journey?

Yes, you can duplicate a journey. On the Journeys home page, click on the three dots next to the journey you want to duplicate and select "Duplicate."

This will create an exact copy of the journey.

2. Can I reverse the actions taken on a journey, like deleting or moving it?

Actions like deleting a journey are permanent and cannot be reversed.

However, you can move a journey to a different category or rename it as needed.

Always confirm your actions to avoid accidental changes.
