Builder Analytics and NLA reports

Builder Analytics and NLA Reports provide insights into overall and node-level performance. You can track metrics like triggered counts, customer interactions, message delivery, and revenue. Node-Level Analytics offer detailed performance data for each node, while Error Reports diagnose why certain nodes did not trigger, helping to optimise processes.


Overall Analytics:

Track key metrics such as triggered counts, unique customer interactions, message delivery and open rates, and order revenue. This allows you to understand the broader performance and impact of your journey.

The following count will shown in builder analytics:

  • Triggered Count

  • Unique Customers Count

  • Messages Sent Count

  • Messages Delivered Count

  • Messages Opened Count

  • Order Revenue

You can download these analytics using the Download button in Overall Analytics.


The downloaded Overall Analytics will contain:

  1. Customer ID

  2. Phone Number/Instagram Username

  3. Triggered Count

  4. Sent Count

  5. Delivered Count

  6. Read Count

  7. Revenue

  8. Customer Email


Node-Level Analytics:

Gain detailed insights into the performance of individual nodes, including triggered counts, success percentages, and revenue. This helps in identifying and optimising specific parts of your workflow.

The downloaded Node-Level Analytics will contain:

  1. Date

  2. Customer ID

  3. Phone Number/Instagram Username

  4. Email

  5. Triggered Count

  6. Delivered Count

  7. Sent Count

  8. Read Count

  9. Link Clicks

  10. Revenue

  11. Purchase Now

  12. Stop Now

  13. Error Source

  14. Error

  15. Is Actionable

  16. Error Count


Error Reports:

Diagnose why particular nodes failed to trigger for certain customers, providing actionable data to address issues and improve overall efficiency.

The downloaded Error Reports will contain:

  1. Date

  2. Customer ID

  3. Phone Number/Instagram Username

  4. Email

  5. Error Source

  6. Error

  7. Is Actionable

  8. Error Count


How to Download Overall, Node-Level Analytics, and Error Reports

Follow these steps to download Overall Analytics, Node-Level Analytics, and Error Reports:

  1. Open the journey flow for which you want to download the analytics and reports.

  2. Click on the "View Analytics" button located in the top corner.

  3. Use the date filter to select the date range for which you want to download the analytics/reports.

  4. In the Overall Analytics section, click on the download icon to download the data.

  5. In the Node-Level Analytics section, click on the download icon next to each node to download its specific data.

  6. Click on the warning icon to download the error reports, which provide details on node trigger failures.

1. What filters are available for analytics data?
You can filter the analytics data by the following date ranges: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Today, Yesterday, and Custom Range.

2. What does the 'Is Actionable' field in the Node-Level Analytics report indicate?
The 'Is Actionable' field indicates whether the error encountered is something that can be addressed or corrected. This helps prioritize issues that can be resolved to improve node performance.
