Price Please AI is a powerful tool designed to automate your responses to "Price Please" (PP) comments on ads, posts, and reels. PP offers two advanced AI features:

AI Comment Filtering:
This feature ensures that automation runs only for comments with a positive tone. For example, the "Price Please" automation will trigger for comments like "Price Please" but will not activate for negative comments such as "Price is too high."
AI Product Mapping:
This feature allows you to automatically map products to posts using AI when adding a new post. The mapping process requires the media to have a caption and is limited to stores with fewer than 5000 products. If these conditions are met, the AI will seamlessly link relevant products to your posts, streamlining your workflow and enhancing the efficiency of product inquiries and post-product associations.
How to enable these PP AI:
Follow these steps to enable AI Product Mapping or AI Comment Filtering in Price Please AI:
Go to the "Journey Settings" section in the BIK dashboard.
Find and select "Price Please Automation" and hover over "BIK AI."
Turn on "AI Product Mapping" or "AI Comment Filtering" to add these AI capabilities to your automation.
Locate the "Map with AI" button in your Posts/Reels section to use the newly enabled features.
No credits are deducted for using AI Comment Filtering and AI Product Mapping in Price Please AI.

1. Why is a caption required for AI Product Mapping?
A caption provides context for the AI to accurately map relevant products to your posts. Without a caption, the AI cannot perform the mapping.
2. What happens if my store has more than 5000 products?
If your store exceeds 5000 products, the AI Product Mapping feature will not function. An error message will appear when you attempt to map the products using "Map with AI."

Yes, you can manually override the AI's product mapping suggestions. This allows you to ensure the correct products are linked to your posts/reels/ADs if needed.
