ROI in SMS Campaigns:

BIK uses SMS integration but doesn't automatically track message costs.

To calculate ROI and streamline analytics, we've added a field where you can manually enter the cost of each SMS. This entered cost will be used for ROI calculations.

Steps to add Cost for SMS :

1. Access Settings:

  • Log in to your BIK dashboard.

  • Navigate to the "Settings" page.

2. Find Revenue Attribution:

  • Look for the "Revenue Attribution" tab within the Settings page.

3. Edit SMS Cost:

  • Click on the "Edit" button to modify the cost per message for SMS.

  • Enter the desired cost value in the designated field.

4. Save Changes:

  • Click "Save" to apply the new cost setting.

This newly set cost will be applied to all future SMS campaigns you send through BIK.

Before finalising Campaign, you'll see an estimation of credits to be used. This is for visualisation purposes only and won't affect your ledger.

FAQs

1) What happens if I don't enter an SMS cost?

If you don't enter an SMS cost, the system may default to a cost of zero.

2) Why do I need to manually enter the SMS cost?

BIK don't have cost of each SMS sent. By manually entering the cost, you can accurately calculate your ROI and make data-driven decisions for your campaigns.
